| At Coprint we try to make placing orders as easy as possible for our clients. We have briefly described the order process below so as to avoid any unnecessay delays or problems. |

STEP 1: Initial enquiry
Contact us by telephone (01924 362317), e-mail (sales@coprint.co.uk) or fax (01924 298855) and let us know the products you are interested in. |

STEP 2: Send us your artwork
Artwork can be posted to us and supplied from a business card or letterhead, CD, USB stick or floppy disc. You can also use e-mail and send us it saved as a jpeg or pdf file.

STEP 3: Artwork set up
Most artwork needs to be digitised (converting artwork to embroidery), which incurs an additional cost. Once we have viewed your artwork we can quote you for this process. The more stitches in your design, the higher the price. The price can be anywhere between £5 and £50.

STEP 4: Placing an order
To place your order simply complete our order online form giving codes. quantities, colours and sizes, and send it to us. Alternativley you can fax us an order (01924 298855) or post one to us. All orders must be in writing. |

STEP 5: Creating a sample
Upon receipt of your order we will proceed with converting your artwork to an embroidery sample. We will need to know what size you would like the artwork to be on your garment and the type of material you intend to put the logo on. There is a choice of up to 15 colours, and we usually send samples out within 3 working days by post.

STEP 6: Positioning of your logo
There are several positions on the garment where your logo can be placed, although the most common position is on the left breast. However, logo or text can also be positioned on the right breast, left arm, right arm or on the back across the shoulder blades.

STEP 7: Approval and payment
Upon receipt of written approval and payment (by cash, cheque, BACS or credit card), your order will be processed.

STEP 8: Delivery
Carriage is free for orders over £75 excluding VAT, and charged at £6.95 for orders under £75 excluding VAT.
Delivery of goods is normally within 7 to 14 days of approval and payment.
